Principal attorney Shon Douctre founded the firm and has practiced law since 2002. He has extensive experience in DUI representation, including certification as a Breathalyzer operator and maintenance technician, making him highly qualified to challenge the results of blood alcohol readings, which are typically the basis for drunk driving charges.
Although Private C0unsel, LLC cannot promise a particular outcome in your DUI or criminal case, the firm has a long list of satisfied clients whose rights were protected and many of whom had their charges dismissed due to Mr. Douctre’s efforts.

Distinguished Service
Shon Douctre served in the U.S. Navy, proudly serving his country during Desert Storm. Afterward, he earned his undergraduate and law degrees. He served as an Assistant Public Defender in Orange County before founding Private Counsel, LLC in Orlando, Florida. He is joined in practice by attorney Jill Hampton.
